"From the outside I always perceived Schrack Technik as professionally and clearly positioned, with extremely convincing USPs. The protagonists and the company as such represent many of the qualities I need for our future working life. That is, active entrepreneurial involvement and the opportunity for a sustainable business approach. I feel like I have become part of a real "community" - one that is characterised by the proverbial Schrack Culture."
